Problem Discovery
People lack motivation and discipline to stay committed towards their gym goals.
While conducting early interviews with our potential gym members, many of them expressed difficulty in maintaining a consistent routine and motivating themselves to go to the gym. Typically, they would only be motivated for a few weeks and then abandon their healthy routine. This sparked a question:
How can I help people commit to their gym routines without it becoming a difficult task?
The Solution
1
Keep up with your goals
An intuitive goal tracker to manage fitness goals by breaking them into achievable milestones and staying motivated throughout the journey.
2
See your progress
Monitor daily workouts, never miss a session, and access exercise tutorials for effective workouts.
3
Workout Partners
Find suitable workout partners who share your goals to stay accountable and consistent in your workout routine.
The Research
Hearing directly from the members.
Conducting primary research and obtaining direct feedback from frequent gym members is the most effective way to understand the subject matter comprehensively. Therefore, to delve deeper into the lack of motivation and discipline when going to the gym, I interviewed eight participants who regularly attend fitness centers. By asking them these five specific questions, I was able to acquire valuable insights into their pain points and challenges regarding gym attendance:

Prioritizing Features
One thing I focused was on the core functionality of the app and prioritizing features that are essential to the user's needs. By doing so, I can create a streamlined user experience that meets the user's goals efficiently. Prioritizing features also allowed for a more efficient design process, as the I was able to focus on the most critical elements first and refine the design as needed. This approach ensures that the final product is functional, effective, and provided a positive user experience.
