The Solution
Bringing sports betting tracking to the #1 app used by sports bettors*
Analyzing The Competition
An oversaturated market competing on identical features.
Looking at the popular players within the space, I discovered a similar feature offering across the apps that are centered around bets tracking. I analyzed how theScore will set the difference between the competing apps.
Pikkit
Very simple to use and sports bettors are allowed to sync multiple sports books. Also includes a social media side for sports bettors to build a community.
No feature to show: sports news, standings, and whole team stats
Action Network
Has the ability to show betting signals and analytics from professional bettors. Includes news and stats.
Only allows you to sync with a selection of sports books. The rest will manually have to be inputed.
BetQL
Shows sports news with their own videos and are able to track line moves and computer projections.
Unable to sync with any sports book. You will have to manually input your bets.
Current Flow
Eliminating repetition
The current flow has users going through multiple apps to track their bets. They first start on the sports betting app. Then, they take a screenshot that way they don't have to keep login into their sport betting app. After, they track their bets by looking at the player/team stats through theScore.
New Flow
All. In. One.
No more using multiple apps, no more screenshots, and no more back and forth. Everything you need all on one screen.
